The Laugavegur is a famous 4-day trekking route in South-West Iceland
from the hot springs area of Landmannalaugar to the glacial valley of Þórsmörk.
Day 1 (12 Km) between Landmannalaugar and Hraftinnusker. (470 m. elevation increase). It took us about 4 hours.
Day 2 (12 Km) between Hraftinnusker and Álftavatn. (490 m. elevation decrease). It took us about 4 hours.
Day 3 (15 Km) between Álftavatn and Emstrur-Botnar (40 m. elevation decrease). It took us about 5 hours.
Day 4 (15 Km) between Emstrur-Botnar and Þórsmörk (300 m. elevation decrease). It took us about 5 hours.
